Mother went with Harner to Willie McMahons for the day. I fixed Ava's new dress hem. She left around 10.30 I started washing. They got dry. I had to go in and pay [[strikethrough]] telephone [[/strikethrough]] Insurance $3.96. Went to Ballgame. Z won both games.

Pretty day. Thought it would rain but it has not yet. Mother and Peggy did the ironing. Olive is having a farewell part for Gorden and Mabel tonight. We went we had a wonderful dinner. I took a salad plate and a potato salad and baked beans. Olive asked us to make coffee she furnished it tho we had a wonderful time.
