Still cold. All our pipes were frozen and of course we got up late so we had breakfast late. Then went in town. C.F. got a new hat at last. He was a pall bearer along with Mickey McAdams, Walter Austin, Walter Dove, Lloyd Vassar, Harry Hughes. There were some very pretty flowers. Several from the east sent them.

A pretty day. Hope it warms up some We did not go to S.S. because I was not sure we could get around without chains and I do hate chains. Will have to go in town tomorrow. The R.C.A. meeting is at 1: P.M. and I have to pay the light bill and refrigerator bill. Florence & family came out for supper, left at 8:30.
