Got up at 4. A.M. and got ready to go to Ruth Lyons Matinee and 50 Club. We had a grand day. Got home after 5 but we stopped at a green house and bought some pansies. I took kids; and went to the show. George C is shearing sheep and we still get $1.50 for our wool. Mrs Earlywine died Sat. Eve.

Hope to have the sheep shorn by noon so I can take it down. Will have it by 2.00. Gee I hope it weighs good. We got $1.50 per lb and had 102 lbs. George C only charged $9.00 but I gave him $10.00 we appreciated him doing it when he did.
