Dick and I got the knife ready and tried to mow but we did not get along so well.  But got the garden ready disced and Harrow.  Peg & I planted cucumbers.  Dad and Dick mowed.  I did the chores & Peg got supper.

It rained during the night so we will not mow for a little while.  Will go to Anderson's and pick up meat and take to the locker.  We had 400 lbs meat.  Went with Mildred & boys to Col.  Had a nice.  It surely poured rain there.  We had rain here at home also but not as much.
