A pretty day. Am washing so I can go to Col. early to take Mary Lou's things over. I want to shop a little also. Got Dick B.B. shoes $4.11 Peg dress & shoes $3.80 Dress $11.32. Harner called and wanted to start settling the Estate.

Went to town at 9.00  Went to Judge Gray's office then to Jay Ewing Smith.  He surely worked himself into the job [[underlined]] slick. [[/underlined]] Harner had said just to have him probate the Will. I never got to the sales until 12.00. I took Thelma back after milk. Came home Harner here for supper. They are to appraise the place today.
