I washed. Had a good sized one. Did some mending. Made over Peg's skirt.  Went in town and mailed 2 boxes to Gwynn and completed another one for tomorrow. Also wrote Gwynn and Ava.

Have not done a whole lot. Went to cornfield  picked up 3 sacks of corn.  What I got was not bad. Hope it is better than we thought - we could stand a break out here. I am well pleased with yields at our place. Went to Grange. I whistled a verse of "May the Good Lord Bless and Keep You. Then I sang a verse got along fairly well
