Kids went to S.S. Dad and I went to see Mrs. Rose at the funeral home. Gorden & Mabel Margie & Billy Joe & Carol Mac were here to dinner. The kids all went to the show around 5. We went in to Lelands. She served sandwiches, potato salad, relish plate coffee & cake with oranges. Very nice we beat 2 out of 3

Florence Eads passed on early this A.M. will have to help take up money for flowers from neighbors. Had minstrel rehearsal a punk one on the Myers part, or at least Peg & I. Dick did O.K.
