Prof. Alfred Chatain,
629 Woodland Park,
Chicago, Ill.

Dear Prof. Chatain,

Many thanks for your kind letter of December 20th which I have just received.

I am sorry not to see you in Chicago, but I will be back in New York around January 11th, and I hope to see you then.

I am quite anxious to have the photographs returned which my cousin sent you, but there is no hurry whatsoever, and you might return them to me when I will have the privilege to see you here.

With best regards, pray believe me,

Yours very sincerely,
