Nov. 21, 1930.

Mr. R. H. Waegen,
JACQUES SELIGMANN & CO., Inc.,
3 East 51st St.,
NEW YORK CITY.

My Dear Hans :

Pardon this late reply to your letter, due to the fact that it has been first of all across the continent and back again, and second we have been tremendously busy clearing up accumulated things since our arrival a week ago.

It was a pleasure to hear from you, and I am looking forward to seeing you again and contacting that delightful insouciance of which you are so happily possessed.

Plates, papers, etc., in connection with German Automobile Club were received in due course; since then Mr. Hearst has arranged through Mr. von Wiegand for enlarged membership and the regular payment of dues. As you probably know now, the car was cracked up by the chauffeur in a joy-ride, has since been repaired and stored in London for our return, I hope and expect, the coming summer.

I will get you shipping instructions for the things you refer to.

Marion arrives Tuesday and will be at the Warwick.

Best wishes always,

Sincerely yours,

P-S O for some of that Muenchner beer!
