March 4th, 1933.

Messrs. Proskauer, Rose & Paskus,
11 Broadway,
New York City.

Attention Mr. Melvin Robbins.

Dear Sirs:

We have received your letter of March 3rd and beg to return to you enclosed herewith, signed by Mr. Germain Seligmann as Attorney-in-Fact, general release for the claim of Messrs. Jacques Seligmann & Fils, in the amount of $12,026.72, against Mr. William Randolph Hearst.

We have corrected the word "Germain", to which you had added an "e". It happens so frequently that Mr. Germain Seligmann's first name is mispelled that we would thank you to give instructions to your stenographers to omit the "e" and write "Germain Seligmann".

Thanking you,

Very truly yours

JACQUES SELIGMANN & COMPANY, Inc.
