Mrs. Daniel Guggenheim,
Ritz-Carlton Hotel
New York

Dear Mrs. Guggenheim,-

I am sending you herewith the copy of "Art in America" which I mentioned to you. The last article is the one on Rembrandt, and chiefly now that you have met Dr. Valentiner, I think it will interest you as well as Mr. Guggenheim to see what he thinks of Mr. Van Dyke.

I am also sending you the book on the Gombaut et Macée tapestries by Mr. J. Guiffrey, Curator of the Louvre Museum.

Would you be so kind as to tell Mr. Harry Guggenheim that if he could let me have the information about the Fifteenth century tapestry which has a border, he would greatly oblige me.

I hope to see you soon, and I beg you to believe me,

Yours very sincerely,
