Dear Professor Suida:

May I first let you know that the trip I contemplate has been indefinitely postponed; I am thus remaining in New York and do hope that are long I shall have the pleasure of your and Mr. Guy Emerson's visit.

As per your kind request, I take pleasure in enclosing herein photographs of my two seicento Italian paintings.

Looking forward to seeing you soon, and with personal regards,

Sincerely yours,

Germain Seligman
