Height 21". Florentine, ca. 1360 The angel holds a hand-organ obliquely across his waist. The delicate fingers or his right hand are playing the instrument while the left turns the handle. Inventory numbers 297 and F. 555. [[underlined]] "MUSICIAN ANGEL WITH TAMBOURINE" [[/underlined]] Marble. Height: 21" Florentine, ca. 1360 Supporting a tambourine against the left side of his body with his left hand, the angel is playing with his right. His hand is cast to the opposite side.
