The Archonian

The X-ray Club of the Zeta Beta Sorority was organized in 1920 on the campus of Howard University. The Club grew a a result of concerted effort toward high, moral, spiritual, and scholastic attainment.

We are one of the thirty-one pledge clubs of the Zeta Phi Beta National Sorority of college rank. Having proved ourselves worthy of an existence, our name in 1922 was changed to Archonians or Leaders.

For the past two years the Archonians have reserved a day on which they render a program and give a bolt, figuratively speaking, to help fasten the rudder of the Wiley Endowment Campaign.
