For experimental work (official) it was necessary to arrange for the making and purchase of explosive bombs known as duck bombs. Before this could be done it was necessary to secure a license under regulations as existing at present. Charge for the bombs purchased under this license will appear on my September account as the bombs have not yet been delivered
