Dear Mr. Wetmore:

I notice that you are going to considerable unnecessary labor in itemizing subsistence supplies in your reimbursement account. This is not required if the supplies are itemized on the subvoucher. All you need to show under the date of purchase in the account itself is the word, "Supplies", giving the subvoucher number and the total amount of the purchase.

By eliminating this unnecessary detail, it will save yourself considerable labor, as well as this office in checking the items against the subvouchers.
