[[image-right arrow]] c.  [[underlined]] Charges. [[/underlined]]  The requester must cite a federal or trust fund account reimbursement number when requesting plants or special arrangements.  The Office of Horticulture may contract or charge for overtime required in the preparation, installation, and removal of material from events requiring more than 20 plants.  These costs must be covered by the requester.  The Office of Horticulture will make every attempt to provide estimated costs in advance of the event for your review.  Additionally, any plants, supplies, or materials lost due to theft, extreme temperatures, or general deterioration while under the requester's care will be charged to the requester's unit at full replacement cost.

d.  [[underlined]] Property of plants. [[/underlined]]  All plants and/or floral arrangements supplied by the Office of Horticulture without charge remain the property of the Office of Horticulture and must be returned the day after the special event.  Those for which there is a charge become the property and responsibility of the payer.
