[[image: scale divided into three sections, first section divided into twelfths]]

[[top image; side view of a round, flask-like object with a bottle-like neck on one side with internl baffles, clockwork gears and an impeller, best guess: some kind of hand powered pump]]

[[image to right: unknown parts, top might be the head-on view of the impeller. Bottom might be the side view of the internal impeller and driving gear]]

[[left image: head on end view of the device constructed like a small barrel, showing (if a pump) possible inlet pipe on right, and outlet pipe at top]]

Transcription Notes:
mandc: if a centrifugal pump, liquid would enter the pipe center right (suction). The impeller rotating clockwise inside the baffles would force liquid out the top pipe. The impeller would be driven by an external crank (rod at left) turning the large cog wheel, in turn spinning the smaller cog wheel a speed multiple times faster than the large wheel.
