Between the Ulkan and the Ulga there can be depots on the coast, but inland a great deal of transportation can be done with canoes.
Between the Ulga and Okhotsk no clearing being required, the county open and level, the construction will be a very simple matter.
I would respectfully recommend that the construction be commenced, first between Okhotsk and the Ulga, Port Aian and the Turm leaving those parts of the route between the head of Ulga and Port Aian. The mouth of Turm and the Amorr to be re-examined. The line however between Aigland and the mouth of Ovelle Lake will run on the north side of the Amoor river, and is sommon to both the Amfer and the route as I came from Ovelle Lake to rugme.
         Depots
Vessels can land stores in Usalghum, Ulhan, Turgue and Andskoi and at the mouths of all the different rivers in each Bay- North of Anda river, at the mouth of the Amikan where there is a small Goot store house not in use- The little Geram, great Geram, Namim, Mukta, Nanter rivers and Port Aian.
I forgot to mention that at the mouth of the Fela river in Andskoi, Bay, there is a small Goot store house and a house belonging to the Russian American Co., neither of them used. At all these places, with the exception of Port Aian, which is a very good harbor, vessels can discharge in fine weather, but they are not sheltered at all against storms. North
