collections, a multi-media presentation relating the history of the Hart House and its occupants will be available to the public at an admission charge comparable to that of the National Air and Space Museum theatres; as with the SASM Theatre, net income will be available both for museum programs as well as other Institutional needs. Expenditure levels for special purpose and restricted funds in FY 1984 are expected to be substantially lower due to nonrecurring expenses for the purchase of Museum Support Center equipment, collections acquisition, and exhibit production.

Revenues from [[underlined]] Federal Agency Grants and Contracts [[/underlined]] are expected to increase by $1.4 million to a level of $14.4 million. This increase reflects a continued optimism that NASA grants will be forthcoming to the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory for the LAMAR Space Laboratory and the Detached Shuttle Payload Mission programs. Not included in these amounts is the potential dollar impact that may result from a bid decision by NASA in late FY 1983 on a greatly expanded Satellite Laser Tracking Program.
