and was sold at public vendue on the 19th day of November 1867, after due public notice as directed by said decree when Robert Night became the last and highest bidder in the sum of Forty Five and 50/100 Dollars, and was struck off to him, he having this day complied with the terms of the Sale, and therefore the said Report is confirmed by the said Court, and it is ordered by the Court that the said Commissioner proceed to collect the purchase money and when Collected to make title to the purchaser the aforesaid Robert Night for the aforesaid described parcel or lot of land. Now know all men by these presents that I E W Hubbard Commissioner as aforesaid for and in consideration of the Premises and the said sum of Forty five and 50/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by the said Robert Knight have granted bargained and sold an by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Robert Knight the aforesaid parcel or lot of land described and set forth as aforesaid to have and to hold the same to him the said Robert Knight his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said E W Hubbard hath hereunto set his hand and seal this the 21st day of May 1868.
