Requests Genl [[underlined]] Howard [[/underlined]] to to reimburse her to the amount of $2,500 for buildings erected at that place, from her own private funds, for use of teachers for freedmen.  States that they now have no school house and the one erected by her with but little alteration would be well suited for such purposes &c. &c.
