My Dear Friend:-
   You wrote me a letter a while ago on a certain subject and when I answered, I did not say very much on the subject.
Twocrow, Du-ba-man the, Sin-da-ha ha and Na-the-na-pa zhe I sent for and sent them to ask Dr Wilkinson who it was who said the Omahas would refuse the bill.  The Doctor said he did not write that the Omahas would refuse only
