Miss A.C. Fletcher,    }
Winnebago Agency, Neb. }

Dear Madam:

At the request of Prof. F. W. Putnam, of the Peabody Museum, I sent you a few days since a copy of some articles I have published on the Pawnee Indians. By oversight the errata & engravings were not sewed in. I regret this as well as the general imperfectness of the whole performance.

Would you be willing to send me copies of whatever you may publish in connection with your work. I am making whatever collections relating to the Indians I can.

Direct as above, care C. L. Woodward, Esq. Matter will or forwarded by him to me wherever I may be

Yours very truly,

John B. Dunbar.
