Miss A.C. Fletcher,
Dear Madam

Hope that you may be able to send Julia St. Cyr East soon. I spoke to Mr Robb of Sioux City on account of his familiarity with Indians and Government papers. I dont know as he is in Sioux City now. For money draw on Treasurer H.N. and A.I. - Mr Charles of Sioux City or Mr Alison would cash same for you or for escort. Can't Dr Wilkinson come on with children - Can take six girls in addition to Julia and you might send the little boy you spoke of; but we could not take any other boys.

Yours sincerely
Geo. LeRoy Brown
