The Bancroft paper said too that Mr Tibbles had the names of the Omaha council men to a petition, I hardly think this is so, Ed. seems to understand what this renewed agatition means so I will leave it to him to tell you I wish you would tell me what you think about this so I can know how to act. If it is all right and the best thing for the people I will do all I can to help in any way He has gone to Boston and I think from there will go to other cities before he comes to Washington. I don't think there is any one who understands the people as you do, and whatever you want to do for them is for their good and not for yours.            Rosalie
