What action the Sec. will take, remains to be seen by Saturday.
I have met Frank he is very kind, and a gentleman, he has been a great deal of service to me, and has interduced me to many of your friends.
I like Frank very much, he is real Indian in very way. he has not got that high-toned actions which education gives to young Indians.
But Frank knows the feelings of his race. he will in future, be some service to his race in some higher position.
I hope you will enjoy the celebrations of the ^4th July, with Mr Perces, it would have been much better if I was home. my best wishes for all whites & Indians friends or enemies one wish for all.
     I remain
     Yours truly,
     Jas. Reubens.
