At the meeting held in Pender last week Mr Hobbs, Keefe - a young lawyer in town and Diddock were appointed to draw up a petition and have it signed by the Indians and send on to the Presdident Sec'y Commissioner, Senator Pettigrew, also Mr Lupp & Mrs Quiston.
