Dear Miss Fletcher,

Did I make it clear in my letter that the cylinders as well as the manuscripts of the Indian music would be sent you if you wish them? A Mr. G. Wharton James, whom I know very little about, but who is a lecturer I judge, borrowed the Graphophone of Mr. Fillmore before he went away, to take among the Indians in Arizona. I wrote him that I wished to sell the Graphophone & he replied that he would like to buy it & also the cylinders with the Indian records.
