Charley says that this was the sayings of the element taking their body and flesh after the white-swan, considering the swan sacred, so much so that they use the word [[underline]] Wa kou du e shki' dou [[/underline]], in defiance of their enemies, meaning, [[underline]] in the name of the white swan I defy all enemy and [[/underline]] (in their fiery) [[underline]] even God the Almighty himself. [[/underline]]
