This room was engaged, subject of course to its official use, when needful. On the log-house [[strikethrough]] there [[/strikethrough]] hung a bell, which used to be rung for work hours, Mr Williamson secured the privilege of ringing this bell, on Sunday, to announce the hour of service.

The coming of Mr & Mrs Williamson excited considerable interest and speculation in the Tribe. Novelty attracts the Indians as well as other folk, and several men came forward with offers of help.
