The telegram of Mr Sweet reporting the actions of the department and Spl. Agt. [[?Parker/Parkes]] letter to the Agent announcing his order to investigate my work were known in September to everyone in the field, to the Agency I do [[?]] with the interested parties, while I, being in my camp, with interest of what was going on, [[?& corresponding such]] the intangible difficulties with which I have been contending, they have been increasing and while your order against [[?them]] was [[?perceived]] and [[?horse racing]] and I do not trouble now at the disregard of your telegram which was [[?sent]] to a few Indians on the 4th July [[?]] as far as I can learn never again [[?promulgated]].
