[[? for to this [[?]]
[[?Law]] be [[?]]

I have delivered to [[?]] this letter having come to Ft. Lapwai to be [[?]] at the session of Spl. Agt. Parker's investigation [[?]] [[?]]
I have attended both days, and he expects to close tomorrow. The Spl. Agent says he depended on Agent Robbins to [[?]] the people [[together]] but not once has appeared [[?]] the interested parties, keeps a few who learned of the trial through me. No [[?new]] testimony has been given to new evidence produced with the testimony which has been presented to Spl. Agt. Parker has been submitted by me to the [[?]] and thoroughly [[?sifted]]. As the Department has taken this [[?matter]] out of my hands, I have refused Spl. Agt. Parker invitation to take part in this investigation, further I have to take minutes for my own records, of the proceedings. In some official report of July 6, 1891, I offered to [[?train]] with [[?Indian]] Dept [[supply?]] of all testimonys in my possession, in reference to Mrs Cox's claim as a Agt Parker I have never been asked for these papers.

With love to Mrs Morgan & her [[?wishes]] for the [[?]] to your success in the [[?]]
