Your question is a far reaching one, and its final answer can be arrived at only after an exhaustive search along many lines, demanding an intimate first-hand study of many tribes by thoroughly equipped field students.

Your Third question covers three points.  Instances of belief in Telepathy are given in the paper I enclose on "Beliefs concerning Will Power."  I have nothing at hand on Clairvoyance
