Your letter came to day and I am very much obliged for the figures you send showing the price lands can be rented for grazing and farming.  As I know of no leased farms in the vicinity of the Omaha reservation, I have not knowledge of rates paid.  As to the prices for grazing lands I do not recall the terms I [[strikethrough]] did know a few years [[/strikethrough]] may have heard a year or two since.  [[strikethrough]] Having [[/strikethrough]]  Concerning the business plan I cannot state the exact figures nor give you a detailed statement of what proportion of the proceeds were to be divided among the Indians, or those having direct charge of the business.
