Indians at all. It is so hard
for them to get along for they
dont know how to do these things
They need some one to tell them
and advise them but there is no
one to do this. The farmer on the
agency does nothing but take
care of the farming implements. The
good of it all goes to the Employees
on the Agency. they get the good of it

The Commissioner in Washington must
think that things are different that
these white people help along the
Indians. It is not so & all the
Agents are just about the same.
Men in Washington ought to select
men to advise & help them along
Men they have had have never helped
them at all. Since the Gov't have
given them implements it has helped
them a great deal they have worked
for themselves hard It is going to
be pretty hard for them [[?]] this.
