We want the law that we may be regarded as men.
When we are in trouble we want courts to appeal
to.  The law too will teach many doers -
[[strikethrough]] that the [[/strikethrough]]  It will
prevent trouble as well as punish those who have
committed offences.  We know that in asking for 
titles we are asking for that which will bring
responsibility.  We are [[strikethrough]] ready [[/strikethrough]] accept to take it and strive to fulfill the requirements.

It seems as tho in the past the Gov't had not 
listened to the words of the Indian.  We know our
own needs best, and that now we speak to you 
directly.
