We, the undersigned commissioners appointed by the Secretary of the Interior under authority of the act of Congress approved August 7, 1882, entitled "An act to provide for the sale of a part of the reservation of Omaha tribe of Indians in the state of Nebraska, and for other purposes" (Stats. vol. 22, p. 341) and act of March 3, 1883 (deficiency appropriation act, Stats., vol. 22, p. 500) do hereby certify that the foregoing schedule embraces a description and valuation of all that portion of said Omaha Reservation lying west of the right of way granted by said Omaha Indians to the Sioux City and Nebraska Railroad Company under agreement of April 19, 1880, approved by the Acting Secretary of the Interior July 27, 1880, as appraised by us under instructions from the Commission of Indian Affairs, dated June 10, 1883.
