If any questions arise requiring further instructions they will be promptly submitted to this office.

Agent Wilkinson has been instructed to render you all the needful assistance within his power for the successful accomplishment of the duties entrusted to you, and I make no doubt that the work you have undertaken will be faithfully and creditably performed.

You will be allowed railroad and sleeping-car fare, transportation to and from the reservation, and on the reservation in the work of making the allotments, and a per diem of five ($5) dollars in lieu of all other expenses growing out of a compliance with these instructions; the per diem to begin when you file your oath of office and enter upon duty.

As funds will be placed in your hands to pay your per diem and necessary expenses, you will be required to give bond in the penal sum of $500, for the faithful disbursement of the same.

Blanks will be furnished for that purpose on application to this office therefor.

Very respectfully,
[[signed]] H. Price [[/signed]]
COMMISSIONER.
