would work no special disadvantage to the allottee; but section lines may be crossed, and where it appears unavoidable, or very desirable, contiguity need not be insisted on, and no attention need be paid to the shape of the allotment, provided that it conforms to the subdivisional lines of the public survey, as in every case it must.
