existence of a drop or two of Omaha blood in their veins.  Manifestly, such was not the intention, for it is not at all likely that there would be land enough on the entire reservation to go around in that way.  Besides, the recent action of the Indians in forbidding Mrs. Kuhn and others to remain on the reservation, shows that they would never have consented to any such disposition of their lands, and it is plain from the language of the act that it was not the purpose of Congress to do anything contrary to the wishes of the Indians.
