The 4th article of the treaty of March 6th 1865, evidently contemplated the allotment of land only to such of their half breed or mixed blood relatives as were [[underline]] residing with [[/underline]] them upon their reservation at that time, and the recent act under which allotments are now being made relates back to that treaty, and ought to be taken as a guide in determining who are now entitled to allotments.
