1883, the other March 10, 1884.  She was repeatedly warned by me to make no breaking or improvements on lands because she had no right here until her case was decided upon by the Department.  Therefore I would suggest that the case should now be finally disposed of in accordance with the decision of the tribe and that Euphrasia Peters be not allowed allotment of land on the Omaha Reservation
