Hon. H. Price.
Commr. of Indian Affairs

Sir:-

I am today in receipt of the enclosed statement of T. T. Gillingham, a U.S. Indian Agent for the Omahas sent me by Mr. Frost in reference to the claim of his wife, Mrs. A.F.S. Frost whose case I had the honor to submit under date of April 26, 1884.

Mr. Gillingham's [[?management]] of the Omahas at the time of the council, whose action concerning the Frost family is referred to in the affidavit of Mr. Frost already forwarded to the Department.

After carefully reading the letter, I do not see that it changes the case or the decision as already presented to the Department.

Very respectfully

Special U. S. Indian Agent.
