   Our interview with you in Washington was so short that we were not able to lay before you in detail a case of intrusion upon our tribal land by a man who although he has Omaha blood in him, is not entitled to land upon our reservation under our treaties and the law which governed our allotment.  This mans name is Frank Peters.  He belongs to one of the mixed blood families who were provided with land by us upon the Semaha Reservation and who were excluded by us in our treaty of 1866, from taking land upon this reservation.  It was under this treaty that our allotments were first made and our land has patented to us under the rules of this treaty, as we were told.  We know that this family tried to take land when our land was allotted & patented to us, from years ago, and that they had a chance to state their case, and the tribe told their side, and that
