That those tracts of land offered for sale under [[strikethrough]] the [[?]] of [[/strikethrough]] Sec. 2 of the Act of Aug 7, 1882. upon which settlers have failed to [[strikethrough]] make [[/strikethrough]] fulfill the terms of payment, [[strikethrough]] shall be [[thereon? thrown?]] again open for sale [[/strikethrough]] of [[?]]  [[?]] that another tract [[insert]] in T. 25. Range 6. which has to be [[/insert]] sold for a mill site. Shall be [[underlined]] again [[/underlined]] placed in market [[insert]] & finally disposed of for the [[?]] [[/insert]]

These [[strikethrough]] lands [[?]] now  [[/strikethrough]] tracts [[?]] of are at present occupied [[strikethrough]] with [[/strikethrough]] by white man [[strikethrough]] and no [[/strikethrough]] who are paying nothing for the use of lands to the great injustice of the tribe. 

We transmit this our petition by [[strikethrough]] the hands of [[/strikethrough]] three of our [[strikethrough]] old [[/striekthrough]] well tried leaders. who represent the [[?]] of the three Counties in which our lands lie. and we pray that.
