Sir:

I would respectfully request instructions concerning allotting lands selected by the following persons.

White Breath Woman married Henry Deara about 1864 the allotment of 1870. Eighty acres was patented to Henry Deara head of a family. In 1872 or 3 differences arose and Henry his wife separated. As the woman was adjudged blameless Agent Howard White give the house and the patent for eighty acres to her. and permitted the husband to have horses and wagon. The man afterward lived with woman and died in Wisconsin in 1882. White Breath Woman has ever since her seperation from Henry D. lived a chaste and industrious life. She and her [[?]] by a former husband working upon the land. [[?]] woman holds the land in good faith. and desires to be allotted to her in his own name.

There are several widows some with and some families who desire to have their husbands land to them under the Act of Feb. 8, 1887. If this can
