Hon Commis of Indian Affairs.

Sir:

In accordance with your instruction dated Oct. 12, 1888. marked "L. 23942 - 1888" I herewith report upon cases of the St. Cry. Waggoner. Landrosh and Purdy applications for Land.

Upon the receipt of your letter, as soon as possible I notified Oscar F. and Peter Waggoner that they ad been allotted land in Minnesota and gave them the description of its tracts. I enclose the reply of Oscar F. Waggoner marked "Enclosure No. 1." and also that of Peter J. Waggoner containing the statements of the County Auditor of Blue Earth Co. Minn. marked Enclosure No 2".

William St. Cry. states that he never knew he had any land, nor any member of his family. I have not yet received any word from him concerning the present condition of the tract so allotted.

Frank Waggoner will communicate with the office his views in regards to his claims.
