Mr W. D. Robbins
U. S. Agent.
Sir:

The case of Olive, wife of Frank, late widow of Paul. Holt.Hotz. who lays claim to the tract of land belonging to her former husband was laid before the Department in December 1889, and under date of Feb. 25. 1890. The Commissioner of Indian Affairs decided she has the right for claimant to the land. The tract is upon the Langford claim and cannot be allotted until that claim is settled, meanwhile, she is the rightful person & will become the owner of the tract as soon as the land is open for allotment.

Frank informs me that the claim of his wife ^[[to the possession of this land]] is quite [[?]], and I write this statement that you may know the facts in the case.

Respectfully
