Lines have been retraced in parts of 6 other townships and new allotments run out covering 46,400 acres.

Some portions of the work have been very difficult, owing to the rugged nature of the country, and other parts intricate as in the valley of Kamiah. I shall send a plat of the work in this valley in connection with a report upon another subject, and the care and time [[?]] by the Surveyor is noteworthy.
